most purchases are prepared for shipping within 1 - 3 business days upon receipt of order, unless an item is pre-ordered or backordered. the rates that we charge for shipping and handling fees are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order. larger items will require white glove delivery and most often involve a longer delivery period for this service (see below).

if you have any questions or concerns about how shipping and handling fees are calculated on your order, we will be happy to assist you. please feel free to contact us. we will return any query within 24hours or less.

please note that items ordered together may not arrive together. we currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US only. unfortunately, we do not ship to alaska, hawaii or PO boxes at this time.

white glove delivery service will be arranged by STOWED, but payment for this service is the responsibility of the customer.  shipping rates will be sent to you by email, and may be given prior to purchase.

white glove delivery service providers will bring the item into your home (up no more than two flights of stairs) and unpack the item. for added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. white glove delivery does not include assembly. very few of our products require assembly and will be noted on the product page if it does. white glove delivery service includes a call from our delivery carrier to schedule delivery to your home.

some furniture items will be delivered to your home via front door delivery. our local delivery partners will carefully place the item at your doorstep; however, packing materials will not be removed.

we ask that you inspect your delivery upon it's arrival, and provide a signature upon receipt. if any damages occur at the time of delivery we ask that you make note on the delivery paperwork where you are signing and inform us immediately by email at shop@stowedhome.com.
