we want to start by saying thank you for your support. this year we have experienced an unprecedented volume of orders and have simultaneously experienced many supply chain and shipping difficulties due to COVID-19. we understand that the lead-times are extended and not ideal, and thank you in advanced for your understanding as we work hard to navigate logistics.
as a result of port closures and COVID shut-downs, we are facing extended shipping timelines. we will continue to update our website of delays in product arrivals, but the situation is changing quickly, and estimated arrival times may change. please reach out if you have any specific questions. additionally, as a result of delays in receiving overseas shipments, in some cases, there will be a delay from when your shipping label is created, and when FedEx actually picks up the item from our warehouse. items ordered together may not arrive in the same box, or on the same day. we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

ground shipping for bent wood products.
in stock purchases are prepared for shipping within 3- 5 business days upon receipt of order. if an item is not currently it stock (pre-ordered), its estimated arrival date to our warehouse will be noted on the relevant product page. we aim to ship pre-orders within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. bent wood products are shipped by fedex via ground or LTL service.

we currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US only. unfortunately, we do not ship to alaska, hawaii or PO boxes at this time.

standard doorstep delivery.
if you select standard doorstep delivery, once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. our shipping carrier will ask you to set up an appointment for delivery.
premium room of choice delivery.
if you select premium room of choice delivery, once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. our shipping carrier will ask you to set up an appointment for delivery. at delivery, our shipping carrier will place your order in your room of choice and remove all packaging. assembly is still required, do not worry, that's easy peasy.
we ask that you inspect your delivery upon it's arrival. if any damages occur at the time of delivery we ask that you make note on the delivery paperwork where you are signing and inform us immediately by email at email@example.com.
